The first half of life is about growing outwards, finding a place in the" exterior reality", studying, building career, establishing family and relationships. The second half is naturally dedicated to human psyche individuation and integration of the mind to transcend the self and re-unite inner and outer realities (Carl Jung). This is the journey back to unified consciousness and for that journey self-inquiry and this course is needed for already in the beginning. The free course is for you if, you already are at individuation or personal development journey and want to integrate all sides and parts of the self in the mind and are open and curious to evolve further too. During this course you will learn: Discover, what might you not know about yourself, and your meaning making? What 4 directions of practice are necessary for dissolving the resistance to transcendence and consciousness transformation. What one dilemma can transform all relationships of you, the others and the whole humanity when integrated? Practice growing up your individual perspectival self, while noticing how your wholeness also evolves the same time through the systemic interpenetrated reflection practice at 4 stages of inquiry, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 and 5.5.
